	Karen L. Kirst, CCIM brings a wealth of experience to our clients with over thirteen years' experience in leasing/sales/asset management and eighteen years' experience in managerial accounting and commercial real estate combined. Karen has been engaged in various aspects of the commercial real estate industry since 1986. She offers extensive experience in all areas of real estate brokerage along with the highest business ethics and professional integrity.

	She has handled leasing, sales and management of properties throughout the United States. Properties have included office buildings, land, retail properties and industrial sites. Her experience has included working with banking institutions and government agencies.

	Daniel T. Kirst has over thirty-three years' experience in the fields of commercial and retail banking as an officer of one of Western New York's largest commercial banks. At the bank, he was Branch Manger of its head office in downtown Buffalo for twelve years. He has been involved in Kirst Commercial Real Estate for more than four years. During his tenure at the bank, Dan was responsible for the service and sales of its head office for both commercial and retail products. Most recently, he developed and implemented the bank's Employee Mortgage and Banking Services Department where he managed a portfolio of $100 million
	Throughout his career, Dan has been actively involved in the community with major affiliations in: Kiwanis Club of Buffalo (Past Pres. & Past Lt. Gov.)
